  • Solution of the relevant areas pursuant to the Nature and Landscape Protection Act
  • Planning Permits for engineering connections necessary for the golf course and its connected infrastructure operations
  • Planning Permits for the water agriculture constructions

6) Preparation and filing of documentation required for obtaining the Ground Shaping Permit and its review with the relevant state and self-administrating authorities



7) Preparation and filing of documentation required for obtaining the Construction and Water Permits and their review with the relevant state and self-administrating authorities



8) Authorisation of the project documentation pursuant to the Czech legislation by a certified Engineer



9) Organisation of tenders for architects and construction supply companies



10) Performance of construction and technical supervision on behalf of the investor and/or professional management of the golf course construction
